The Barcelona Meditation Group of Self-Realization Fellowship conducts regular meditations and reading trades that are open to all the public that wishes to attend.
Our Guru emphasized that the united devotion and concentration of many devotees of yoga can powerfully increase the depth of each individual's meditation.

We regularly have meditation services the following days:
SATURDAY
All Saturydays from 8:45 to 10:30
MONDAY
All Mondays from 18:45 to 20:30
SUNDAY
First and third Sundays of the month from 10:15 to 12:00
Second Sunday of the month from 9:45 to 15:00
